Founded in 2024 by Seoungjun Eu aka Teo Rhe (KR) and Sheyang Li (FR), Bureau.parso is a collaborative art studio rooted in material exploration and craftsmanship. The two artists, who first met while studying in Eindhoven, Netherlands, bring a shared vision to their practice, blending design and sculpture to create works that transcend traditional boundaries. The studio’s practice centers on reimagining overlooked materials, uncovering their hidden beauty, and transforming them into meaningful objects.
